1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services operated by United Change LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a US limited liability company. Our current products include Cognitive Ease, a proactive AI personal assistant.

By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Services

United Change LLC operates AI-powered productivity tools. Our services may include:

  • Calendar synchronization with proactive SMS reminders
  • Timely notifications about upcoming events, including preparation and travel time
  • Coordination with your contacts via SMS on your behalf when instructed
  • Draft communications for your review and approval before sending

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to use our services. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. SMS Consent & Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during signup, you expressly consent to receive text messages from United Change LLC products, including:

  • Calendar reminders and event notifications
  • Proactive suggestions and alerts
  • Confirmation requests for actions (such as email drafts)
  • Responses to your inquiries

Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of any other service.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
  • Reviewing and approving any actions taken on your behalf

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to send spam, harassing, or illegal messages
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure
  • Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law

7. AI-Generated Content

Our products use artificial intelligence to generate reminders, suggestions, and draft communications. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. You should review all draft communications and important suggestions before acting on them. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, United Change LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed reminders, incorrect suggestions, or failed message delivery.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, as applicable.
