Sensitive personal data — including phone numbers, home addresses, goals, and custom instructions — is encrypted at rest using AWS Key Management Service (KMS) with per-user encryption keys. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We follow the principle of least privilege for all infrastructure access.

5. Data Retention

• Calendar events are retained for 7 days after the event ends, then automatically deleted.
• Message history is retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
• Account data is retained until you delete your account.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our products:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure, data storage, encryption, and SMS delivery
• Amazon Bedrock (Claude AI) — AI processing for generating suggestions and reminders

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages from our products (operated by United Change LLC). These messages include reminders, suggestions, and important alerts.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity and settings.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS notifications at any time.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

8. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Access, update, or delete your profile information through the app
• Opt out of SMS notifications by replying STOP
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS or email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
